Shipping policy

All pieces are shipped from the United States, currently we only support US orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and shipment. Once your order is shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 2-4 business days.

 

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

 

* Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $75.  For orders under $75, standard shipping is [Price - be specific].

* Expedited Shipping: $6.99.

 

All standard domestic shipments are typically mailed through USPS.

 

Shipping and Delivery Times

The delivery estimates provided are estimates only and do not include weekends, holidays, or any unforeseen delays on the courier's end (weather, high package volume, traffic, etc.).  Estimated delivery dates may be affected by changes in the delivery address or shipping option requested by the customer.

 

Shipping Responsibility and Lost/Damaged Packages

Once an item is shipped and tracking information is provided, Zoyi is generally not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier.

 

We are not responsible for:

*   Stolen packages after delivery confirmation.  [Consider suggesting customers use a secure delivery location.]

*   Unretrieved packages confirmed as delivered.

*   Items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and secure.  Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-shipped only when they are received back by us.  Re-shipping will incur an additional shipping fee, which is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refused Packages

If a package is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for contacting us to arrange for re-shipment.  We will not refund orders that are refused due to unpaid customs fees.  We may offer store credit (minus the original shipping charges) at our discretion.
