Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at zoyi.services@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without requesting a return and receiving a return authorization.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at zoyi.services@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers should to send the photos as the proof of damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
* Jewelry that has excessive wear or has been damaged by the customer.
* Personalized or custom-made items.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the return process outlined above), and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Currently customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return is not free.
